BEWARE - This man likes to start with little girls

Photo temporarily removed due to the fact that the issue is currently being dealt with internally.
We will post updates as they are made available.

The purpose for the posting of this picture is to hopefully bring an awareness to the community so that parents can watch their young children when in this man's presence. This man is not in his right mind and has inappropriate interactions with young children, especially young girls. To all the parents who still need time to get their heads out of the sand, please feel free to send your children to him for Shabbos to keep him company since he is nebach so lonely.

Comments:
he lives near me he is a littikle cute funny guy and he says a
hello to everyone 100 times and stop saying that he likes little girls

you mean based on first-hand evidence from a very reliable source? I sure hope so, otherwise you have no right to do this

hi i live on the block with this man and know him personally, he is a big rachmunes he lost his father many years ago and he is not the smartest boy, he just recently got engaged, i believe he didn`t do anything with girls, but even if yes he probably didn`t mean to or didn`t know what he`s doing, in my opinion the moderators need a psak from a rabbi before publicizing his picture, as this can result in the brakingh of his shiduch, and shouldnt be done based on one chaptzem reader who sent a picture

and so what seems to be the problem?

its a free world

Vi dreidt er zich? Where should we watch out for him?

Maybe you SHOULD also post his name to shame him!!!

He seems to be wearing his hat "Vishnitz" style, with the band tied on the right.

He is not all there. if you have met the guy & said hello to him like I have done in felders shul on 18th ave you would right away see that he is nebech nisht 100%

Ive seen this guy around for years. I remember when he first landed here as a scragly teenager without a beard. I always thought he was creepy. He still roams the streets freely. What can be done to get him out of town?

I'm from willi & i remember when his father passed away on yom kipur he slept in a shull on a bench & this was his end in this world. its a chutzpa & a rishass to post his picture with out a hatter from even one rabbi next to his picture. is this the way to approch the torah on shveeyas. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Maybe just as important - does the girl marrying him understand all this??

He is mentally under-developed, as anyone who knows him personally will understand. It's unfortunate that he was feeling deprived of any sexual enjoyment up until now, as evident from the way he would greet any woman willing to look at him, but he's definitely not your classical predator.

He is a meshugener by all social standards in our community, and every child sees that in him. He can be dangerous only to a child whom's parent is involved with him in some way.

That said, the real predators are still out there and waiting for a mechubediger outing on Chaptsem!

I AM WRITING TO TELL YOU THAT THIS GUY WORKS FOR ME AND THIS STORY IS COMPLETELY NOT TRUE. WHOEVER POSTED THIS STORY IS REALLY NOT NICE AND IT IS TOTALLY MOTZI SHEM RA. HE IS A RACHMUNUS AND A YUSUM. HE IS A VERY SWEET BOY, HE IS PART OF HASC SO HE IS NOT 100%. BUT HE IS NOT CREEPY. HE IS JUST OVERLY FRIENDLY SOMETIMES. HE COMES TO MY HOUSE FOR SHABBOS AND LOVES YIDDISHKEIT AND MY KIDS LOVE WHEN HE COMES AND HE WOULD NEVER DO ANYTHING THAT YOU ARE ACCUSING HIM OF. HE JUST GOT ENGAGED AND IF YOU RUIN HIS CHANCES FOR A GOOD LIFE FILLD WITH NACHAS TO HIS FAMILY, IT WILL BE ON YOUR HEAD.

if this man is indeed likes to ''play'' with little girls then have him arrested, press charges do something productive other then posting his face on the Internet for everyone to see because if he is like everyone says a nebach case then he needs (psychological) help and by putting his face where everyone can see it is just prolonging his insanity!

Chaptzem,

I only hope that you have heard firsthand testimony as to your allegations. I know this man for years and have never known him to do anything wrong. But I'm not around him enough of the time to tell you he is innocent. All I am saying is that if it's a lone complainer I don't think this is fair to him or his family. He is a friendly guy with a good heart and a love for his religion.

Parents should always use caution around strangers, and this man is no different, but let's not rush to call him a predator.

I don't know that you recieved my first bog or just didn't post it. however I wish to sy that I hope you really checked out the story first hand with the person who send the picture. Please be careful when you post people you never know what can happen. Especially if it isn't real. Also people never take the same great pains to acknowledge the mistake made and correct the persons honesty. Also the people who saw this article might not be seeing the other article. Lets be careful and lets do lots of reasearch before posting something like this on the web. I hope it isn't true and if it isn't true I hope CHAPTZEm will announce it right away.

something don't make any seance in the whole story if he is a yatom than how come you say he's a nebach why couldn't any of you or anyone arrange him happiness so there wouldn't be even a chashash now that you didn't do anything good to him now you wake upthe second you saw him walk around like that you should of look into how you can help the guy לפני עיבר לא תתן מכשול by him not having freinds family care of a father you couldn't leave him go like that shame on you all i didn't see the picture so i don't know who you are talking about .

Will all of you who say this is not true allow your own children to play with this man in the park? I assume not because he is a creepy man who needs to be monitored. If the answer is yes your children should be sent to foster care. Therefore, Chaptzem was 100% correct in posting this story and his picture.
