What is wrong with you people? Lock him up? as that anyway to treat a fellow jew even if he has problems? and you think that by not giving them attention they will "slink away"? Both of your views on the disabled population are shameful, ignorant and offencive to other jews. These are people whom are without sin and this is how you treat them? even goyim have more respect then you.

I know this guy. He isn't a bad guy just a little crazy. He can usually be found singing loudly on 13Ave but I have never seen him behave violently. Leave him be!

we don't know what is considered "normal" in shamayim....we don't know what zechusim this person has.....let us each try to live up to the "normal" standards of the torah rather than focusing on wht socitey dictates as normal....
