As a person coming from a family of musicians I know exactly what you are trying to say. It's the same problem with everything else - instant whatever. If you can bang out a song on a keyboard and add all the shtick who needs the real thing? I'm being facecious. The appreciation for real music has gone and today's kids are not afforded opportunities to play the real thing or even listen to it.
