Pizza Time does it again - eBay auction for the first pizza after Pesach
Pizza Time once again auctions off their first pizza baked after Pesach. Plus, as an added bonus, no waiting in line for pizza every Motzei Shabbos in May for the auction winner.

wheres the rav hamachshir? how is this even remotely halachically permissible? you cannot sell something you dont actually own AND you can sell what good is the sale to the goy if you have in mind for it to be so blatanly fake and symbolic? i would expect more from the so called torah community.

definetly not a problem to bid, since they claim the money is for tsedakah. Which makes it a din of vouching for tsedakah. The person is mechuyev to pay regardless if they already have the pie in stock.
In worst case, the pie is only sechor betsidu, given at the owner's own willingness after Yom Tov.
