Wow the biggest Jewish problem these days in NY for the Rabbonim.

 

Ok according to the insiders (organizers of this event) i just spoke to, Gertner is not out and he will iy'h be performing at the concert. I dont know where you got this information from but youre wrong!!

 

Gertner must perform and the people who go the rabbnim cant collect tzddaka from them. so that means 90% of boro park & 90% of flatbush

 

if everything is banned, what are we allowed to do? If you don't give teens safe and Kosher (yes this is kosher) entertainment, they will go nuts.
I guess the rabbanim are jealous that lipa will have more people than they have at their "tischen".
Anyway, this letter is just a copy of the old notice banning the MBD concert in Israel - this letter says - quote "the rabbanim here and in america"!

K,I spoke to Gertner he said he canceled and thats final. I called the Rabonim ... it's nothing to do with the Mechitza issue... Their point is if we want a concert it can not be for men and women the same time. WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE it can lead to get Hashem very angry Chas vesholim, this is whyRabonim are ALL coming out one by one and asking us not to attend this Chilul Hashem. "Moshiach is on the way",PLEASE don't STOP him!

Exactly what halacha does this concert violate, and what are its parameters.
