Rescuers search for missing person

Rescuers mount a full search with dogs for a man that got lost while hiking in a preserve in Cragsmoor, near Camp Emunah.

Thank you Nuchem for the pix

Comments:
If the man was a frum yid, then he deserves the fate he faced for the sin of bittul torah. There's a nice place in gehenna for him.

GOD SHOULD HAVE PITY ON YOU FOR WHO ARE YOU TO JUDGE

Anonymous,

How dare you judge who deserves what fate! Who died and left you in charge of the world!

Why are the people who read this blog so "sarcasm-deficient?"

Izzy, I speak tachlis. The man was an idiot- he learned nothing from the fate of the yeshiva bochurim in E"Y who went missing, nor did he heed the warning of Rav Shteinman or Rav Eliyashiv. Read what they say here and tell me if I'm allegedly "in charge of the world."
BS"D, 14 Av 5767

Though we are still at the beginning of bein hazmanim two yeshiva bochurim have already lost their lives Hashem yeracheim. Therefore we reiterate our calls to yeshiva bochurim to take advantage of this period of time for its intended aim of rest and further strengthening the study of the holy Torah, rather than roaming in inappropriate places or taking trips, which could entail danger (unless the yeshiva management considers it necessary and on condition [the trip] is supervised by the yeshiva).

With Torah blessings,

Yosef Sholom Eliashiv

A.Y.L. Shteinman
