Mugger set free by cops in Boro-Park
An Asian man tried to rob a Heimishe guy on 14th Avenue in Boro-Park. When people realized what was happening they began to surround the mugger. The crowd cornered in the mugger and waited for Police to arrive. Two Police Officers arrived, one of them was Asian. The Asian Police Officer spoke to the perp for a couple of minutes and then let him go free, refusing to make an arrest or a report of any kind.

I don't know why you even mention the 66 in a positive sense. If you notice, this spanish police woman webt to help out her spanish people that were in trouble. The cops in the 66 are overwhelmingly rude and anti semitic. If you don't agree, it's because you never had reason to go down to the precinct or you don't drive. By the way, its been more than 1 year since complaints were filed with the CCRB regarding the shick and appel brutality. Yet there still has been no action whatsoever. You should only pray that you never fall into their hands, vail es iz a biter gelechther.
I know one those clowns you mention, and he should have been in slammer for what he did, but after it was taken care of by shtick and connections they still have the chutzpah to file a complaint, and then you wonder why some cops get an attitude.
My father did not give a 66 cop an attitude when he was pulled over, so he let him go with a verbal warning.

That is almost as stupid as saying 'my zaideh survived the Holocaust so that means the germans (yemach shemom) didn't kill any jews.
On second thought, I take it back. It is not almost as stupid. It IS as stupid.
But please don't tell unzer local political types. They might have to do something about it.

Your making my point, not everything is a toires lukshen and has to be taken to the extreme, if you get pulled over, give the cop the respect, thats half the problem.

whoever was there should have taken the cops name and id number and reported him that is abolutely against the law. the guy clearly tried to mug someone and i bet you they can probably find it on some camera nearby for evidence.
