anon 8:36: Your obviously not to familiar with the case. The link shows that the NYS Court of Appeals (NY's highest court) has refused to hear Aron's appeal of the lower court's decision. The lower court decided for Zalmen Leib by refusing to get involved and letting the status quote stand (basically letting Zalmen retain control of the Williamsburgh moisdios and shul).
The only recourse for Aron now, is to get in to the Federal Courts and I dont see that happening since theres no federal issues and I dont tink that Aron;s constituonal rights have been violated.
In short, Aron just lost big time. Yes, he can now buils his own buildings in Willimasburgh, but he;s gotta raise his own money for them.
