Yea Right ! They'll be thrilled to walk away with a few dollars, if they are lucky !

I myself belong to bobov. Yes bobov, not 48, 45, there's only one bobov, 4715 15th Ave. If other people have a problem with the bobover rebbe for whatever reason, leave gezunterheit, make a shul, yeashiva's etc. Just don't sell the crap that you are really bobov, because you know yourself that it is not true !

Absolute lies. There are no preexiting conditions. RBZ wanted them, but it is not happening. This is just another fantasy from 48th street, like the emergency meeting of the beis din that was supposed to be last week. Let's just wait and see what comes out.

There are some things to look for: If RBZ has 48th street does he need to pay for it? (There are a number of reasons why for RMD 48th street is negotiable. Just imagine after a Yom Tov RMD with his thousands of chassidim leaving 48th street in front of RBZ'z house. He could easily let RBZ have it for a good price.) Are BOTH allowed to use the name Bobov? (I have been told this is the most likely result, irregardless of the other issues.) Or does RBZ need to pay for using it? What did RBZ end up with, and what could he have had if he had acted differently? (For example, he could have had 90% of Bobov, now he will be lucky if he ends up with 50% after the din Torah.) This last point is important, becasue RBZ has already lost, no matter what the Beis Din decides. RMD will not lose one person based on it, and there are a lot of people at 48 just waiting for RMD to have a normal place to doven.

So HaRav Mordche Duvid Unger can be Bobov even though he isn't a halberstam. Besides R' Shlome Z"L liked him alot!!!!
